SANKYO's
Variax V-Series feeds with a Roller Gear type Feed Angle Cam
and SANKYO's Modified Sine curve (SMC), provides controlled
preprogrammed acceleration and deceleration for a smooth adjustable
feed motion. SANKYO's cam controlled adjustable stock sector
feed roll pressure, allows for high-speed operation with less
chance of marking soft material. Cam controlled pilot release
allows for precise opening and closing of the feed stock brake
for better control of material at high-speeds.

for better gripping of material at lower pressures.
· Upper and Lower Sector Feed Rolls with larger
radius provides more surface contact on material being fed.
· Roller Gear type feed angle cam with SANKYO
specially designed sine motion with controlled acceleration
and declaration for smooth feed motion.
