Lift and transfer units or walking beams have the input shafts protruding from both sides of the housing for side-by-side mounting with a common drive. Dual units can be mounted front to back for extreme loading capacity with a common synchronized drive. The cast iron housing includes a narrow width and dual output rods designed for large bending moments. Lift and carry strokes can be specified for conveyance, pick & place, escapement actuator or staking applications. Dual cams to provide smooth vibration free blended X & Y motions.

Dual linkage arms are robust with precision cross slide linear bearings supporting accurate placement. Excluding the GV series, each output arm can be fitted with adjustable torque limiting clutches to protect your investment against tooling crashes. Grease filled lubrication allows versatile mounting in any position. Motor drive packages include inexpensive gearmotors, Sankyo R series reducer or belt drives.

Timing cam sensor packages are available for control logic signals to interlock tooling motions and optimize overall machine speed capacity. Seven housing sizes offer long feed pitches with speeds up to 80 cycles per minute.
