Overview

Sankyo's F series handlers are offered with indexing or oscillating rotary motions. The lift axis is mechanically synchronized with the rotary motion with a second cam or a groove in the end of the rotary motion cam. All units are designed to complete a full pick & place cycle including gripper response dwell times with 1-revolution of the input shaft. Indexing units with lift may have multiple arms to provide faster cycle times with longer stroke potential. Oscillating units are typically fitted with single or dual arms for slower pick & place operations with shorter strokes.

All units are designed with precision linear bearings for longevity, accurate placement & large bending moment payloads. Each timing sequence can be configured for synchronous with a line shaft drive or cycle on demand with stand-alone drives. All motions are customized to your application without additional cost. Varying dwell times on the fly or frequent cycle times are achievable with variable frequency controllers, clutch/brakes, or servo drives.

	General Duty & Versatile (FN/FA Series) Our versatile FN series and FA series include a miniature group for small high speed applications to the heavy weights. All ten housing sizes are designed with single cams for oscillating or indexing motions. OSCILLATE: 0~90º (Some 180º & 360º) INDEX: 2~12 Stop Positions LIFT: 0~80mm (0~3.14") CYCLES: 0~200cpm
	Extended Motion Capacity (FU Series) The FU series incorporates a tall but narrow cam providing more output motion with less cam degrees. A smaller, less expensive FU handler may be used for the same application with equal motion capacity. All five housing sizes are designed with single cams for oscillating or indexing motions. 	High-Capacity (F Series) Both F series units utilize a dual cam design to increase the load carrying capacity. The larger housing footprint can accept longer single arm loads with more bending moment capacity. OSCILLATE: 0~90º INDEX: N/A Stop Positions LIFT: 0~80mm (0~3.14") CYCLES: 200cpm
	Ultra High-Capacity (FH Series) The FH series is the fastest handler capable of 600 cycles per minute. At such amazing speeds, the lift motion capacity has to be short.
