The DTS series is available in several configurations. A trunion mounting style is available for increased stability. The dual servo controlled motions allows for easy programming. This unit is also available with a simple single-axis motion controller for PLC applications.

The RollerDrive® mechanism uses cam followers that work on a rolling contact principle that lends itself to prolonged use without wear or the need for clearance adjustments. Original accuracy is retained through the life of the unit.

Roller gear cam mechanisms generate sufficient preload to keep the dial fixed under machining loads. This inherent quality eliminates the need for a clamping device, which means eliminating hydraulic motors. The DTS series has been proven the perfect rotary table for continuous cutting applications.

At any given time, multiple cam followers hold the tapered ribs of the globoidal cam under preload to eliminate backlash against positive and negative torque. This mechanism ensures smooth indexing and rigid stops for precision machining operations.
