Our CNC controlled indexing units lead the industry by applying our RollerDrive™ technology to eliminate backlash. This inherently enhances the output precision and unit life by reducing vibration and increases the rotary speed while maintaining rigidity. No pneumatic or hydraulic clamping is required. Due to the zero backlash design, the mechanical component can tolerate precise machining. Clamp time is eliminated to increase productivity. Accuracy within ±10 arc seconds while rotating ninety degrees in 0.4 seconds sets Sankyo apart from the rest.
