Sankyo's Alpha series flange-type (TAD-type) torque limiters are overload protection devices designed
especially for use on the Alpha series output shaft. The TAD series dual direction, compact features are
accurate and adjustable torque setting complements the Alpha series index product line.

· Eliminates index unit damage when the rotating dial or tooling movement is restricted
· Adjustable torque settings, loosen 4 jam bolts, rotate adjusting nut and retighten jam bolts
· Versatile, multiple torque ranges, converts easily to two different ranges

· During overload, the detector plate lifts to incorporate sensor option installation
