 DT Series TableType

All of our DT Series are available as indexing, and roller drives.

Automated machines perform a variety of tasks using rotary tables. Such tasks include drilling, reaming, force fitting, clamping, inspecting and transferring. For this reasen rotary machines require indexing drives.

In 1978, Sankyo developed a highly rigid utility model with an output table for mounting various peripheral equipment. The canter of the output table has a hollow fixed shaft for housing wiring and plumbing. The best thing about this table-type indexing drive is multiple indexing capability. An ideal base machine for rotary-type automated assembly machinery, wrapping machinery and other applications with multiple tasks.

For even more flexibility and accuracy with dwell phases, you can attach Sankyo reducer or a clutch/brake gear reducer. This will enhance performance, speed and accuracy and ensure a clean stable movement.
Sankyo's table-type indexing drives are widely recognized for their ability to meet the demands of less energy, high precision, and high efficiency.
