Sankyo
America's new ECO series is designed to be an economical and
ecological conscious index drive, while surpassing all the
valuable features from current product range. While the ECO
series continues to provide high-speed performance, reliability,
and rigid structure, it also achieves a clean and easy interface.
In detail,
the machined housing is nickel-plated to offer an extremely
flat and smooth surface. The output shaft is a flange with
integrated shaft with many accessories, such as a table or
sprocket, can be easily mounted on. The grease lubrication
gives the ECO series maintenance free operation. Furthermore,
the revised design allows Sankyo America to offer the Eco
series at significant cost savings.
In order
to meet today's design requirements, peripheral equipment
is also available for the ECO series. Optional equipment includes
torque limiters for overload protection, worm gear reducers
for a reliable input drive, and cam balancers to eliminate
vibration due to unstable input rotation.
