DA
Type Center Column Index
|
| |
 |
Type
DA has an indexing flange for turntables, a fixed flange for
mounting a table to accommodate work units, and a continuous
output shaft in the center, all three on the same output axis.
In addition, at the bottom of the housing, there is a continuous
output shaft for driving peripheral units.
The
indexing flange is driven by a roller gear cam mechanism.
Roller gear cams are known for being able to run accurately
and reliably at extremely high speeds. The centered continuous
output shaft and the continuous output shaft for driving peripheral
units are part of a single piece construction driven by an
internal worm gear reducer.
The
continuous output enables synchronized operation with other
equipment and is essential for assembly equipment. Type DA
makes an ideal drive source for automaticassembly machines
and processing machines for precision components, electronic
components, ans miniature parts.
