Our BH series base machine is driven with our center column type indexing drive. It remains the apex of high-speed precision rotary assembly machines at 90 cycles per minute maximum. A perfect solution for small part assembly with 6 to 24 indexing stations. Just add finger tooling and station fixtures. This model features a rigid welded frame, 1~12 linear part handlers or pressing modules mounted in the center of the indexing dial. All are being driven by the same motor which means no more crashed tooling. The indexing dial, handlers and auxiliary output shaft (to drive peripheral equipment) are all synchronized.
Each standard model includes:
- Center column drive shaft and indexing unit, 0~90 cycles/minute
- Up to 12 linear handler with 0~50 lift & 0~60 extend (mm)
- Pressing type linear handlers; 0~40 lift (mm) & 250 kg-force
- Precision machined index dial (optional custom configuration)
- Optional adjustable indexing dial overload clutch with sensor
- Belt driven dual voltage motor (230-460/3) with VFD option
- Optional clutch-brake motor drive up to 80 stop/starts per minute
- Dual timing sensors with adjustable window flags
- Safety engaged crank to reset overload clutches or tooling setup
- Motor and handler overload clutch with prox. sensor detection
- All overload clutches have easy adjust torque ranges
- Rigid painted steel frame with (4) removable covers
- Lower stationary tool plate with dual T-slot groove mounting
- Optional plated dials, stainless material, stainless fasteners
- Optional double unit mounted in the same frame with sync. oscillating handler to connect two dials together.
