Sankyo America, Inc. has combined our high speed, most accurate indexers with precision machined components and sound engineering to develop the newest addition to the family of products, the Precision Link Conveyor (IC80) system.
Proudly made in the U.S.A. this high speed, ultra fast indexing conveyor offers multiple pitch sizes and frame design. Each chassis is made to custom length. So, if your customer decides to at the last minute to add or subtract a station to the process, we have made it as simple as a phone call.
Standard systems will include open architecture, high accuracy, fast indexing speed, motor/reducer, cam indexer and VFD controller. Options available are machine bases, overload protection, tooling plates for the links, cam pick-n-place units.
