The hardened ball bearing slide accommodates large bending moments if the tooling is mounted offset to the handler center. An optional photo sensor can supply an overload signal to stop the handler drive motor. Eight standard torque ranges are offered in 3 housing sizes. If the tooling weight changes in the field, without special tools, a quick spring exchange will provide a new torque range.
