Sankyo's LM series torque limiter can mount to any G series linear handler to provide tooling protection during the event of a crash. Its' simplistic design makes it reliable and very repeatable. It features adjustable torque thresholds with precise resetting within ±0.03 mm (±0.0011"). When the overload condition is resolved, the detent ball systems will automatically reset within ±10% of the original torque setting. Various mounting positions are compatible with the tooling load force as shown in vertical or horizontal positions.
