Bottoms made with DR metal and over 25% metal reduction, still meeting 2Q performance
   

Paint Rings, Plugs, and Closures

Peel Off ends with centers blanked from same sheet, able to produce 211, 401 and 603 all from same sheet or other sizes

   

Complete Screw cap and closure systems

Includes lining and ovens
   

PP and ROPP caps using non round blanks to eliminate trim ring

Tooling to push cap through the die for ease of eject and higher speeds

   

Twist-Off Caps and Closures

Made from .15 DR metal (50-55#), non round blank to reduce earring.

With complete system for lugging, safety button, lining, and ovens

 
   

Tapered Cans

Special design tooling for greater draw reductions to eliminate redraw operations. Special design where cups can be ejected from bottom of die for higher speeds up to 200 spm.

DR metal or aluminum may be used.
